This is the best boat noodle (blood noodle) in Koh Tao! The soup is pretty dense but not salty and easy to slurp! The way they cook the noodle is really good, not too hard or too soft. Not a typical seafood for an island but this shop is highly recommend when you want to escape seafood and go for something local!

While i'm eating this great noodlesoup all my senses are activated. The tastyness of all herbs in this fullhearted broth gives you a local expirience of the real culinary kitchen of thailand. The meat is tender, the taste unique, the ingredients fresh and every bite savory and satisfying. As a noodlesoup addict, i highly recommend Molay's homemade with love & knowledge of good food. I just love it and will come back to eat it again & again.

Absolutely incredible. Stumbled upon this place trying to get out of the pouring rain and it was the best happy accident ever. We got the pork boat noodle soup which was one of the most flavorful broths I’ve ever had. 1000/10 recommend.

We got the boat noodle soup and it was delicious! The broth was rich in flavour and a very generous portion! The restaurant is also very clean and decorated nicely. Highly recommend.

Hands down best boat noodle soup on Koh Tao! The spice came on the side which was so lovely. The soup was so rich and flavourful, felt like a nice warm hug will definitely come again! And of you're on Koh Tao, you have to try it

Excellent beef noodles! Broth is a fantastic and delicious flavor. You can choose your own level of spicy, I did second to highest and it was quite spicy. You can also choose your own noodles and there are options for broth as well. Soup comes with fresh sprouts and thai basil on the side. Very satisfying, would definitely come back and eat here again.

We went inside to get rid of the pouring rain, was a really good decision. Really tasty soup, and I’ve had a few Love that you get to pick the type of meat (pork, tenderloin beef, ribeye beef & chicken) as well as the noodle type (thin, vermicelli, wide, egg or instant) and the spicy level. Even the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend.
